Jayne founded Pivotal Teams because she believes leadership isn’t just about hitting numbers or managing risk. It’s about shaping environments where people feel safe to be candid, where collaboration sparks innovation, and where accountability drives results.

Jayne Ansin started her career in some of the world’s biggest FMCG companies. The pace was fast, the stakes were high, and the learning was immense. Jayne saw first-hand how strategy, numbers and innovation mattered. But she also saw something else: The real difference between good companies and great ones was always the people. That realisation stayed with Jayne. So, Jayne shifted her career from ‘inside’ corporate to working with leaders and teams across industries — banking, design, manufacturing, technology, education, not-for-profits. In all industries, the pattern was the same – When teams trusted each other, when leaders were self-aware, when Boards were engaged and courageous — things changed. Strategy came alive.
